How to Use the Reset Button on Flyingvoice Intercom

Configuration Overview:

Due to the significant hardware appearance differences between Flyingvoice intercom devices and IP phones, the factory reset methods are also different. Flyingvoice intercom devices reserve a physical Reset button for factory reset operations. In addition, this button also supports other functions depending on different usage scenarios.

Test Devices:

1 × i86-01 Intercom Device

1 × i11V Intercom Device

1 × i86-PCBA

Applicable Models:

This guide applies to all Flyingvoice intercom devices.

1. In some situations, when the intercom device cannot be configured through Wi-Fi or the WAN IP address, you can use the external Reset button to restore factory settings.The following examples use the i86-01 and i11V models.


2. The figures below show the i86-01 and i86-PCBA devices.

①:Enable Wi-Fi Function

Remove the front cover of the i86-01 device. You will find a small Reset pinhole. When the device is operating normally, press the Reset pinhole once using a pin tool. This will enable the device Wi-Fi function. After Wi-Fi is enabled, connect your PC or mobile phone to the device SSID, then access the Web configuration page through:192.168.15.1

②:Factory Reset

If the i86-01 cannot be accessed by any method, you can do factory reset using the following steps:

(1).Press and hold the Reset pinhole with a pin tool.

(2).Reconnect the power supply or PoE cable to reboot the device.

(3).Continue holding the Reset button for 5–10 seconds during startup.

(4).After hearing the “beep-beep-beep” sound, the device factory reset is completed successfully.


3. For the i11V model, use the screwdriver tool included in the package to remove the front panel and access the internal structure.

4.The Reset button of the i11V is located on the rear side of the PCB, facing the aluminum housing. When performing Wi-Fi enabling or factory reset operations, use a suitable tool to press and hold the Reset button as shown below.
